

The Advisory Board of the Faculty of Business held its first meeting at the Faculty premises, chaired by the Dean, Professor Dr. Yahya Melhem, with the participation of representatives from the various departments of the Faculty and the Committee Secretary, Vice Dean Dr. Khaldoun Al-Daoud.
During the meeting, the Board discussed the development plan of the Faculty of Business as part of the Faculty’s strategy aimed at enhancing the quality of education, training, and scientific research, in line with the requirements of the local and regional labor markets.

The agenda included a presentation by the Faculty Dean on upcoming development programs, as well as proposals for updating academic curricula, activating practical training, and linking learning outcomes to market needs.
The Board also agreed to strengthen networking and partnerships with industrial and commercial institutions and entrepreneurs to expand opportunities for practical training, application, and employment, thereby preparing graduates with the skills required in the modern workplace.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Professor Dr. Yahya Melhem expressed his gratitude to the Advisory Board members for their valuable feedback and active contributions to the Faculty’s development, emphasizing that the Committee’s recommendations will be integrated into the Faculty of Business’s future development implementation plan.
