
Dr. Khaled Qasem Heilat from the Faculty of Business at Yarmouk University participated in the activities of the 7th International Conference on Accounting, Business, Economics, and Politics (ICABEP 2025), which was held on October 29–30, 2025, at Tishk International University in the Kurdistan Region – Erbil.
The conference was organized in cooperation with the Faculty of Business at Yarmouk University, and with the participation of several distinguished international universities, including the University of Szczecin (Poland), Salahaddin University (Erbil, Iraq), and Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” (Bulgaria), in addition to a select group of researchers and academics from various Arab and international universities.
Dr. Heilat’s participation, as a representative of Yarmouk University, came within the framework of strengthening joint academic and research cooperation between the University and the institutions organizing the conference.
During the conference, Dr. Khaled Heilat presented a research paper entitled:
“The Adoption of E-Learning: Master Students’ Perceptions in Jordan,”
which examined the reality of adopting e-learning from the perspective of master’s students in Jordanian universities, highlighting the challenges and opportunities associated with implementing digital learning in graduate programs.
In addition, Dr. Heilat participated as a speaker in the international workshop held on the sidelines of the conference entitled:
“SME Growth through Brand Identity and New Media: Practical Marketing for Emerging Markets.”
In his presentation, he addressed marketing strategies for small and medium-sized enterprises in emerging markets, and the role of brand identity and new media in enhancing their growth.
At the conclusion of the conference, Dr. Khaled Qasem Heilat was honored with two certificates of appreciation from Tishk International University, in recognition of his distinguished participation and valuable academic contributions that enriched the conference sessions and strengthened international academic cooperation.
