
The Accreditation and Quality Center at Yarmouk University held a specialized workshop aimed at enhancing the readiness of academic programs to obtain local accreditation in accordance with the standards of the Higher Education Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission.

The workshop was delivered by Ms. Sawsan Al-Radaideh, Head of the Program Classification Section at the Accreditation and Quality Center. During the session, she addressed the key local accreditation standards, mechanisms for preparing program files, requirements for developing learning outcomes and conducting gap analysis, as well as the steps for documenting the necessary evidence and proofs to ensure the achievement of academic quality at both college and program levels.
The workshop targeted faculty members and administrative staff from the Faculty of Business and the Faculty of Mass Communication, with the aim of raising their level of readiness to complete local accreditation procedures, improving quality assurance practices, and strengthening a culture of academic excellence.
